Snigdaa is a postdoctoral research scientist at Argonne National Laboratory, where she leverages AI and high-performance computing to advance cosmological simulations. Recently completing her PhD as a NASA FINESST fellow at Georgia Tech, her thesis investigated using ML methods to emulate stellar feedback. Currently a Margaret Butler fellow at Argonne, Snigdaa is exploring AI applications both within astrophysics and beyond, aiming to bridge gaps between computational science and real-world impact. When she's not at work, you can usually find her curled up with her cat and a good book, or exploring the 100th new hobby she's picked up only to drop after a few months!
