• Current ALCF Account: submit a request to join 'ALCFAITP' project at: https://accounts.alcf.anl.gov/#/joinProject​
• No ALCF Account: request one at: https://accounts.alcf.anl.gov/#/accountRequest. When prompted for project name, select 'ALCFAITP'.​
• Inactive ALCF Account: submit a reactivation request at: https://accounts.alcf.anl.gov/#/accountReactivate. When prompted for project name, select 'ALCFAITP'.

Email ai-training-series@alcf.anl.gov to check on account status.

You can find instructions to access the Jupyter Hub in the ALCF documentation. Once you have signed in to the Jupyter Hub using your ALCF account credentials, find ALCFAITP under Project List and start the notebook. If you do not see ALCFAITP under Project List, reach out to ai-training-series@alcf.anl.gov to get added to the project.

You are welcome to attend sessions even without an ALCF account. If you have access to another machine, you are welcome to run hands-on activities there as well.

A Zoom link will be sent to you via email after you have registered. If you don't have the Zoom link, reach out to ai-training-series@alcf.anl.gov to receive the link.

Videos and materials of each session will be posted on the agenda by the end of each week. 

Please ask questions both during sessions and after on the AI for Science Slack space. If you have registered but do not have access to Slack, email ai-training-series@alcf.anl.gov for access.

Homework can be submitted to the Homework Submission form. Homework will be due 2 weeks after the session (example: session is on Oct 14, homework will be due Oct 28). 

In order to receive a digital badge and certificate of completion, you must turn in all homework by the final due date. Certificates and digital badges will be sent out within 3 weeks following the final session.
